Made entirely from legumes, chickpeas in this case – this pasta has an intense chickpea taste and firm, dense texture, but without the downsides of wheat-based pasta. The texture and taste is different, admittedly, but similar enough to be familiar and endearing. It is also high in protein, prebiotic fibre and minerals – a great nutritional addition to any diet, also suitable for kids and especially for vegans and vegetarians. Did you know?
